I have to say I was very disappointed with the customer service and warranty.
When I first bought the vacuum I was so impressed and I loved it!
Not even 7 months later, my vacuum quit working. Trying to get in touch with customer service is almost impossible, they don’t answer. When they did, they told me I didn’t have warranty for refund or replacement. I bought it thinking I had one year. But when you really read on their website you only have 30 days. They word it weirdly when you buy it so you think you have 1 year of warranty for refund or replacement.
So now I have a vacuum that doesn’t work and they want me to send it in to fix that will take 2 weeks minimum. Got to say, very disappointed.

This is second vacuum I’ve purchased from Dreame. It performs wonderfully, easy to use and lighter than traditional vacuums, plus it looks great. The packaging is the best I’ve ever seen.

I HATE to vacuum but I can honestly say this machine is life changing (to a prior hater)! Cannot describe how easy to assemble, how simple to operate, how powerfully it cleans and it turns on a dime—under the couch, table, sharp corners, etc.
