    Dreamebot customer service intervened and sent me a new robot. I did receive and it is working as of this moment. Both mop and auto empty is working properly. Customer service was very prompt in getting me a new robot after troubleshooting.

    Under no circumstances should you buy this robot. Only works half the time. Auto empty only works every now and then. Now, the mopping feature has stopped. Terrible customer support, terrible machine.

    Good for the price

    I’ve had it for a few months now. It works when it works. Sometimes it tells me it’s trapped when there’s nothing blocking it. This makes it impossible to tell it to vacuum when I’m not home. It is my first robot vacuum. If you don’t mind constantly telling it to go back to work you’re fine. I’ll invest in one with less errors my next go round.

    I have tried many auto vacuums and I think we will keep this one. I like the features and it was a great price for all it offers. But be sure it DOES NOT avoid pet messes like it says it does. To be fair, none I have tried have. Even when it states it as a feature it does not. But what is great is this machine doesn't have brushes. It utilizes a rubber blade that aids in cleaning. It doesn't miss spots because it follows a pattern instead of randomly moving all over the floor. It has a camera so I always know where it is or what it is doing. I have a lot of crap all over the floor with the pets and nothing has gotten stuck. It also self empties which is great. I would recommend this one.
