Are discounts for corporate purchases based on the current price or MSRP?
Our corporate discounts are calculated based on the MSRP, with varying rates depending on the quantity of the order.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Multiple discount codes cannot be used on bulk purchase orders. The price of bulk orders is based on quantity.
How do I place an order?
For 10-100 units, you can order directly via our website's 'Buy in Bulk' page. For orders over 100 units, please submit an application form and we'll respond within 12 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
Is resale allowed for products purchased through the Buy in Bulk page?
No, reselling products purchased from our Buy in Bulk page is not allowed. Contact us at sales.na@dreame.tech if you're interested in distributing our products.
How can I track the logistics status of my package?
You can track your order with your order or tracking number on our 'Track Order' page, which is linked in our website footer.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please reach out to us. Once the cancellation is processed, we will send you an email and refund your payment via the original method of purchase.
If an order cannot be canceled right away, it's likely because your package has already been shipped. We would suggest you monitor the shipping progress and contact the courier to cancel the delivery before it arrives.
If you are unable to cancel the delivery, accept the package and contact us for a return label. After receiving the returned item, we'll start the refund process within 2-5 business days and email you when it's completed.
How do I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, the buyer's nationality, product quantity, and category are fixed and cannot be modified. To change the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to help, but if the order has already been shipped, we can't guarantee the change of address. We would suggest you monitor your package's shipping status, and contact the logistics provider to return the package if needed. For redelivery to a new address, please inform us.
To process a change of address, provide:

- Street address and house number
- Postal code and city
- Country
- Contact phone number
Please be aware that changing the address might result in delivery delays, and Dreametech is not liable for such delays.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange, providing pictures of the item and the delivery note. Check your item(s) for any issues within 48 hours of receipt, and email us at support.northamerica@dreame.tech.
What should I do if I do not receive my order?
After your order is placed, you'll get a tracking number in 1-2 business days. If it's missing, contact us for assistance. If you have a number but did not get your order, contact your local FedEx or UPS for delivery details.
