Llevo varios días esperando respuesta de Dream después de haber reportado que el producto no limpia para nada como esperado

So when the product works, it works great. However, there is a problem support the worse the world. You talk to somebody and then the email you and their emails totally worthless and you call again and they say they’re gonna email you and again emails totally worthless. please don’t make the mistake. I did please never buy this company. I unfortunately bought three of them for various houses that I own and I regret all my purchases. Take my strong advice from somebody else.
