Countless calls , countless emails , no vaccum received.
Terrible experience! ZERO for CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. Dreame charged me for the vacuum and never delivered. I also asked for my refund on the order that I never received and Customer Service simply would not give me an answer. All customer service said was that they had a delay. Once I asked for my refund they would say they have to escalate to ask.

It says you should not use any other cleaning solution and the cleaning solution for this particular vacuum has been sold out since December so I have not been able to use the vacuum that I purchased
